Meet the 2023 Executive Team
At the Beta Alpha Psi USYD Chapter, we have a small but dedicated team of executives who not only serve to organise and provide events for our members but also act as a voice for the Oceania Chapters amongst the broader Beta Alpha Psi International Organisation.

Chris Habkouk
Co-President
Chris is in his fourth year of Commerce/Laws, with a major in Finance. He will be continuing on with the BAP team as a Co-President after being an Events and Competitions Director in 2022. He joined BAP in 2020 and is keen to continue his contribution in his new role. Chris is also an incredibly lucky guy; he once has held a royal flush in a game of poker.

Kei Shishido
Co-President
Kei is one of the Co-Presidents leading the BAP team in 2023. He is studying a Bachelor of Commerce/Laws and is in his 4th year. Kei joined BAP in 2021 and has been an active member ever since. Kei is definitely a unique character: he can speak three languages (bet you can’t guess the third) and only got into Harry Potter last year!
Please say hi to Kei at the next event if you have any questions about becoming an associate member of BAP

Genevieve Gilarski
General Manager
Genevieve is the 2023 General Manager, building off her experience as Sponsorships Director in 2022. She is a fourth year Bachelor of Commerce/Law student majoring in Finance. Outside of university, Genevieve is a DJ and an avid athlete playing anything from basketball to fencing.

In his spare time, Mannie loves watching the NBA and playing the bass guitar.

Ella Miels
Events and Competitions Director
Ella is a second year Bachelor of Laws and Commerce student. Ella majors in Finance but also has interests in entrepreneurship and start-ups. She joined BAP in 2021 after moving from Perth to Sydney and has really enjoyed the connections she has made. Ella is very excited to continue fostering a sense of community within BAP through the growth of our network within and beyond USYD. Outside of uni, Ella is heavily involved with Surf Life Saving and loves spending time at the beach.

Outside of uni, he enjoys cycling to new places and talking about anything related to sport!

Josh Stotski
Sponsorships Director
Josh is the 2023 sponsorships director at BAP, and is a final year commerce student majoring in Finance and Data Science. He joined BAP in 2021 as an Events and Competitions subcommittee member, and he is excited to take up the opportunity to communicate directly with sponsors and enhance our already strong relationships. Feel free to have a chat to him about anything sport related - namely basketball, water-polo, tennis and rugby (league). He also enjoys playing chess and having board game nights (but be weary, he might get competitive).

Janine Coupe
Faculty Advisor
Janine teaches financial and management Accounting at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has been the recipient of a number of teaching awards. Prior to joining academia Janine worked as an accountant for a number of leading Australian and Global organisations including those in banking, oil & gas, television and telecommunications. Her experience has been gained in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Australia.
The Faculty Advisor role involves mentoring the chapter, providing references so good that potential employers not only want to hire, but also adopt, Beta Alpha Psi students and being an enthusiastic (but not before 10am) and supportive member of the team. Janine believes no member of BAP should ever leave one of our events hungry.
